Dr. Michael O’Connor has been practising medicine for over 40 years. He graduated from University College Cork and completed postgraduate study in the USA and at St. Thomas’ Hospital, London, as well as Trinity College Dublin, University College Dublin and the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland. He has been carrying out perineural injection treatment for many years, having studied under Dr. John Lyftogt of New Zealand, who pioneered the treatment.
